etoro and Papaya Global Partner to Link Workers’ Pay to Investing

eToro and Papaya Global launched etoro work, connecting paychecks directly to investing. The service aims to make salary the start of wealth-building, covering bonuses, stock options, RSUs and benefits.

Nasdaq-listed eToro has teamed up with workforce payments company Papaya Global to let employees route their pay into investments as soon as it lands. The two firms announced the partnership Tuesday, unveiling a service called etoro work, built on Papaya Global's Banco, that aims to make salary the starting point for long-term wealth-building rather than the end of the financial journey.

The offering is designed to meet workers at the exact moment they are paid, providing an optional, low-friction path from earnings into the eToro investing platform, alongside educational tools and community support. eToro and Papaya Global said the service will cover all forms of employment and compensation, including salary, bonuses, stock options, restricted stock units and benefits, in one place.

“Salary should be the beginning not the end of workers' financial experience,” said Eynat Guez, CEO and co-founder of Papaya Global. “The moment your pay lands, it can start working for you. Partnering with eToro is the right way to bring this vision to life on a global scale.”

Yoni Assia, eToro's CEO and co-founder, said the partnership reflects the company's mission to open global markets and turn a pay event into an opportunity to learn and build confidence. “What excites me most about working with Papaya Global is the chance to meet workers right where they are, the moment they're paid, and turn that into a chance to learn, build confidence, and grow their wealth over time,” he said.

The companies described the initiative as the next evolution of financial wellness, moving beyond simply giving people access to their earnings and toward helping them put those earnings to work.
