XS.com Reinforces Its Global Payments Ecosystem with Anna Pastusenco as Head of PSPs

Global multi-asset broker XS.com has hired Anna Pastusenco as Group PSP and Banking Manager to lead its payment partnerships and infrastructure.

Global fintech and financial services provider XS.com has appointed Anna Pastusenco as Group PSP (Payment Service Provider) and Banking Manager. The move underscores the broker's push to strengthen its global payments ecosystem as digital finance evolves.

In her new role, Pastusenco will lead XS.com's global payment partnerships, overseeing relationships with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and payment service providers. She will drive payment integration projects, strengthen strategic alliances, and negotiate commercial agreements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the company's payment infrastructure.

Pastusenco joins XS.com from IC Markets, where she spent several years managing the group's global payment infrastructure, banking relationships, and strategic partnerships. At IC Markets, she led the onboarding of banks, EMIs, and PSPs, negotiated commercial agreements, and supported multi-jurisdictional payment operations in collaboration with technology, compliance, legal, and finance teams. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in merchant onboarding, payment compliance, and risk assessment at Blossem Services Ltd and Real Deposits.

"Building strong payment infrastructure requires collaboration, innovation, and long-term partnerships," Pastusenco said. "I look forward to working alongside our teams and partners to further enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our global payment ecosystem."

Mohamad Ibrahim, Group CEO of XS.com, noted that the strength of any global financial institution depends heavily on its payment infrastructure and strategic financial partnerships. "Anna brings valuable expertise in this area, together with a practical approach to execution and continuous improvement. Her experience will help us further strengthen our operational capabilities while supporting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide."

The appointment reflects XS.com's ongoing investment in operational foundations to deliver fast, secure, and reliable payment experiences globally. XS.com, established in Australia in 2010, is a multi-asset broker licensed in multiple jurisdictions, offering trading in forex, CFDs, and other financial products to retail and institutional clients.
