US Stocks Open Lower, Dow Drops Over 450 Points
U.S. equities started the session in the red on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average sliding more than 450 points at the opening bell.

Major U.S. stock indexes declined right after the market opened on Monday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average led the losses, falling 452.57 points, or 0.86%, to 52,294.75.
The S&P 500 slipped 17.20 points, or 0.23%, to 7,411.58, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped 44.74 points, or 0.18%, to 24,832.17.
The broad-based weakness sets a cautious tone for the start of the trading day, with all three benchmarks in negative territory.
