NZD/USD rebounds to near 0.5800 as risk aversion eases

The New Zealand Dollar recovers from previous losses, trading around 0.5810 during Asian hours on Monday, as the US Dollar softens amid easing risk aversion after Trump criticized Israeli strikes.

NZDUSD

The New Zealand Dollar (NZD) edged higher against the US Dollar (USD) on Monday, with NZD/USD trading near 0.5810 during the Asian session. The pair rebounded after suffering losses of over 1% in the previous trading day.

The move comes as the US Dollar weakened on reduced risk aversion. Market sentiment improved after US President Donald Trump publicly criticized Israel's recent military strikes, which had previously fueled geopolitical tensions and safe-haven demand for the greenback.

Traders are monitoring further developments as the currency pair attempts to stabilize around the 0.5800 level.
