Adobe Q2 FY26 earnings beat across all metrics; CFO departing June 15

Adobe reported Q2 FY26 revenue of $6.62B and adjusted EPS of $5.96, both surpassing estimates. The company also issued strong Q3 guidance and announced CFO Dan Durn will leave on June 15.

Adobe (ADBE) released fiscal Q2 2026 results that exceeded expectations across all major metrics.

  • Revenue: $6.62 billion (estimate $6.45 billion)
  • Adjusted EPS: $5.96 (estimate $5.83)
  • Remaining Performance Obligations: $22.27 billion (estimate $22.11 billion)

For Q3, Adobe guided revenue of $6.67–$6.72 billion (estimate $6.51 billion) and adjusted EPS of $6.05–$6.10 (estimate $5.77).

Separately, the company announced that CFO Dan Durn will depart on June 15.
