Hacker Siphons $9.7M from Triple-A Crypto Gateway, Accumulates 5,227 ETH

An unknown actor stole over $9.7 million from wallets of crypto payment processor Triple-A, converting the looted assets into ether across multiple blockchains and consolidating roughly 5,227 ETH.

An unidentified hacker extracted more than $9.7 million in digital assets from wallets belonging to Triple-A, a cryptocurrency payment gateway. The stolen funds were taken from networks including TRON, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum.

The attacker then converted all the tokens into ether, moving the proceeds to a single address. On-chain data shows the wallet now holds approximately 5,227 ETH.

No additional details on the breach method or the affected parties have been disclosed. Triple-A has not yet issued a public statement.
