USD/CAD Tests 1.4000 After Breaking Below 50-Day EMA

USD/CAD continued its decline on Monday, trading around 1.4010 in Asian hours after breaking below the 50-day exponential moving average (EMA). The pair is now testing the psychologically significant 1.4000 level.

From a technical perspective, the daily chart indicates a descending channel pattern, suggesting that the bearish trend remains intact. A sustained break below 1.4000 could open the door for further losses toward the next support zones.
