GE Vernova Q2 EPS Beats, Revenue Tops Estimates; Raises FY Adj FCF Guidance
GE Vernova reported Q2 2026 EPS of $2.47 (vs $1.86 a year ago) on revenue of $11.10B, above the $10.73B estimate. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $1.25B (est. $1.29B). The company raised its full-year adjusted free cash flow outlook to $11.5B–$12.5B from $6.5B–$7.5B.
GE Vernova posted stronger-than-expected second-quarter results. Net income was $2.47 per share, up from $1.86 in the year-ago period. Revenue of $11.10 billion beat the consensus estimate of $10.73 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $1.25 billion, narrowly missing the $1.29 billion forecast. The company now expects full-year revenue of $45.5–$46.5 billion (estimate $45.45 billion) and significantly raised its adjusted free cash flow guidance to $11.5–$12.5 billion, up from the prior range of $6.5–$7.5 billion.
Management also anticipates having at least 125 GW of gas equipment under contract by year-end 2026.
