Intel Q2 Earnings Beat Estimates: EPS $0.42 vs $0.21

Intel reported Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.42, beating the $0.21 estimate, and revenue of $16.13 billion, above the expected $14.43 billion, amid strong client computing and data center AI growth.

Intel (INTC) delivered a strong Q2 earnings beat, with adjusted EPS of $0.42 versus the $0.21 consensus estimate. Revenue reached $16.13 billion, surpassing the expected $14.43 billion, driven by robust performance across key segments.

Segment highlights included Client Computing revenue of $8.88 billion (est. $7.99 billion), Data Center & AI at $6.26 billion (est. $5.54 billion), and Intel Foundry at $5.77 billion (est. $5.48 billion). Adjusted gross margin improved to 41.8% from the expected 39.2%, while adjusted operating margin came in at 17.2% versus 11.1%.

However, adjusted free cash flow turned sharply negative at -$8.42 billion, compared to -$1.05 billion in the same quarter last year, indicating elevated capital spending.
