EUR/USD Holds Above 1.1400, Range Continues as Hormuz Risks Boost USD

EUR/USD trades in a narrow range above 1.1400 on Tuesday, with geopolitical risks related to Hormuz supporting the US dollar.

EURUSD

The EUR/USD pair is extending its sideways consolidative price action during the Asian session on Tuesday, holding comfortably above the 1.1400 level. Spot prices remain within striking distance of a nearly two-week high touched last week.

Geopolitical tensions surrounding the Strait of Hormuz are underpinning demand for the US dollar, limiting upside for the euro. The pair continues to trade in a tight range as traders await fresh catalysts.

No clear breakout signals have emerged, leaving the pair in a wait-and-see mode.
