AUD/USD Retreats from 38.2% Fibo Hurdle, Holds Above 0.6900

The AUD/USD pair snapped a two-day winning streak and retreated from the 38.2% Fibonacci level during Monday's Asian session, but remains above 0.6900.

AUDUSD

The AUD/USD pair saw fresh selling pressure in Asian trading on Monday, breaking a two-day rally that had pushed it to a one-and-a-half-week high near 0.6950. The retreat came after the pair encountered resistance at the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level.

Despite the pullback, the pair continues to hold above the psychological 0.6900 mark, suggesting that downside may be limited in the near term. Traders will watch for further cues from broader risk sentiment and upcoming economic data.
