WTI Crude Jumps 3.2%, Eyes $92 on US-Iran Tensions

West Texas Intermediate futures surged over 3% to around $81, with forecasts pointing to a potential rally above $92 amid renewed US-Iran hostilities.

West Texas Intermediate crude oil futures on NYMEX rose 3.2% to trade near $81.00 during early European hours on Monday.

The sharp gain follows renewed attacks between the US and Iran, fueling supply disruption fears. Analysts now see the contract revisiting its 50-day high above $92 in the near term.
