Iran Says It Has Not Attacked Any Regional Country, Only U.S. Positions

Iran's foreign ministry spokesman stated on Monday that Tehran has not attacked any country in the region, only American positions in response to U.S. attacks. He urged neighboring countries to deny use of their territory to the U.S. or Israel for attacks against Iran.

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei stated on Monday that the Islamic Republic has not attacked any country in the region. He clarified that Iran's military strikes targeted only American positions in response to what Tehran described as U.S. attacks.

Baghaei also reiterated that Iran has repeatedly urged neighboring countries not to allow the United States or Israel to use their territory to launch attacks against Iran. The remarks come amid heightened tensions in the Middle East.

The statement seeks to clarify Iran's position on regional military actions and its stance on territorial sovereignty.
