Binance Captures 74% of ETF Perpetual Contracts Market
Binance now holds 74% of the market for perpetual contracts on ETFs, up from 18% at launch, according to Binance Research. Total TradFi-Perp trading volume exceeded $1.6 trillion from January to July 2026.
Binance has extended its dominance in the TradFi perpetuals segment, now commanding 74% of the market for ETF-linked perpetual contracts, according to a Binance Research report.
These contracts offer exposure to an equity basket without purchasing the underlying fund and are not restricted to traditional market hours.
Total historical TradFi-Perp trading volume for the period January–July 2026 surpassed $1.6 trillion, with ETF-linked products accounting for $116 billion, or 7.25% of that volume. Binance’s share in ETF TradFi-Perp trading has risen from 18% at launch to the current 74%, cementing its leading position.
