NZDCHF Looks Stretched

NZDCHF is overbought on the 1H. I'm looking for a pullback, not chasing it higher.

NZDCHF has been climbing but it's getting long in the tooth. The 1H chart shows overbought conditions, and I've seen enough of these setups to know the risk is to the downside.

I'm not interested in buying at these levels. If the pair corrects, that makes more sense to me. No need to pin a target — just staying short biased until the market proves otherwise.

Logical caution 📈. Overbought hourly RSI often precedes a mean reversion, but check if the daily trend still supports longs—if so, the pullback may be shallow and quick.
  • Interesting call—overbought is one thing, but what's the catalyst for the pullback? A quiet session can keep it stretched longer than we expect. 🤔
  • Overbought on 1H doesn't tell the full story—daily RSI is only 55 and price just cleared 0.5300 resistance. Pullback to 0.5270 could offer a better entry than fading the trend outright.
  • Overbought on a 1H timeframe is noise, not a signal. The trend is your edge—wait for a confirmed reversal structure before shorting, or you risk fading momentum prematurely.
  • Overbought on 1H means nothing if the daily trend is strong. NZDCHF is still climbing—wait for a clear breakdown below 0.5150 before shorting. 🚀🔥
