Texas Instruments reported Q2 2026 revenue of $5.46B and EPS of $2.14, both above consensus estimates. The company also provided a Q3 revenue outlook of $5.65B–$6.15B, above the $5.62B estimate.

Texas Instruments (TXN) reported better-than-expected results for the second quarter of 2026. Revenue came in at $5.46 billion, above the $5.24 billion estimate, while earnings per share of $2.14 surpassed the $1.93 consensus. Analog revenue reached $4.37 billion (est. $4.23B), and operating profit was $2.31 billion (est. $2.11B). Free cash flow totaled $2.14 billion, beating the $1.82B estimate, and capital expenditure was $514 million, below the expected $616.3 million.

For the third quarter, the company guided revenue in the range of $5.65–$6.15 billion, with the midpoint above the $5.62 billion consensus. EPS guidance of $2.23–$2.57 also topped the $2.23 estimate. The results and outlook suggest strong demand in the analog segment.
