USDCNY

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) fixed the USD/CNY reference rate for Tuesday at 6.8054, marginally lower than the previous session's 6.8066. A lower midpoint implies a slightly stronger yuan, though the change is minimal.

The fix compares with the Monday rate of 6.8066 and is also below the 6.7838 level seen earlier this month, per Reuters data. The PBOC sets the central parity daily to guide currency trading within a ±2% band.
