Hyperliquid has detailed its HIP-4 proposal, which introduces permissionless deployment of prediction markets. According to the project, this approach is particularly important due to the large number of possible outcome sets involved.
The upgrade will first roll out on the testnet, followed by a mainnet launch. To maintain quality and transparency, validators will vote on standardized result templates. These templates, whose specifications are stored and enforced on-chain, will serve as the foundation for the markets.
