Ethiopian PM Mourns Death of Former Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa

Ethiopian Prime Minister expressed condolences to the Emir of Qatar on the passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, praising his role in promoting peace.

Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed offered his condolences to Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani following the death of former Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The Ethiopian leader described the late Sheikh as one of the wise leaders who dedicated his efforts to promoting peace. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa ruled Qatar from 1995 to 2013 and is credited with modernizing the country and boosting its international profile.
