XS.com Strengthens Global Expansion with Emily A. Aghajanyan as Emerging Markets Director

Multi-asset broker XS.com has appointed Emily A. Aghajanyan as Regional Director for Emerging Markets, the company announced. She will lead the firm's growth strategy across high-growth regions, focusing on expanding regional presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Aghajanyan brings more than ten years of leadership experience in financial services, fintech, and corporate strategy, primarily across the Middle East, North Africa, and other emerging markets. She previously held senior roles at Alpari, where she built an extensive introducing broker network, led commercial initiatives, and negotiated partnerships that drove regional growth.

Recognised as one of the top female executives in MENA financial markets, she has been named among the Top 10 Most Influential Women in MENA Financial Markets and received leadership awards for innovation and business development. She is also a frequent speaker at international industry conferences.
