Indonesian Rupiah Edges Lower Ahead of BI Policy Decision

USD/IDR rose to around 17,960 during Asian trading on Wednesday, snapping six days of gains as the Indonesian Rupiah weakened ahead of Bank Indonesia's upcoming policy decision.

The Indonesian Rupiah lost ground against the US dollar on Wednesday, pushing USD/IDR higher after six consecutive daily gains. The pair traded near 17,960 during Asian hours, reflecting market caution ahead of Bank Indonesia's monetary policy decision scheduled later in the day.
