The Ethereum Foundation has officially launched EthSystems, a new initiative dedicated to institutional privacy on the Ethereum network. The project emerged from the Institutional Privacy Task Force and aims to address the privacy needs of traditional financial institutions.

EthSystems will focus on building solutions that allow banks and asset managers to conduct operations on Ethereum without exposing full network data on trades, positions, or clients. This is intended to bridge the gap between public blockchain transparency and institutional confidentiality requirements.

The project has secured backing from Bitmine, SharpLink, and Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, signaling strong industry support for the initiative.
