Lummis and the Clarity Act — a green light for developers?

Senator Lummis wants devs to code without legal fear. Could this be the catalyst builders and tokens like SOL and LINK need?

Interesting timing — a top US senator finally making the obvious point that devs shouldn’t need a law degree to ship code. The Clarity Act might not move prices today, but it shifts the narrative from fear to building. 🤔

Think about it: how many projects have held back on US-based development because of legal gray zones? If this gains traction, chains like Solana and Chainlink stand to benefit from more builders and real utility. I’m watching spot demand on SOL near 74 and LINK just under 8.10.

No trade yet — but the setup is slowly cooking. Regulatory clarity tends to attract liquidity. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see a move above recent highs in the coming weeks if this bill gains momentum.
