WTI Oil Spikes Above $92 as Middle East Tensions Escalate

WTI crude surged more than $4 on Monday to trade near $92.50 as escalating tensions between Israel and Iran threaten a fragile cease-fire.

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil jumped more than $4 in a single session on Monday, reaching approximately $92.50 per barrel.

The sharp move comes as rising military and diplomatic tensions between Israel and Iran add fresh strain to an already brittle cease-fire in the region. Traders are pricing in elevated geopolitical risk, driving crude prices sharply higher.
