Segezha Group Aims for Positive Free Cash Flow by End of 2026, AFK Sistema Says

AFK Sistema president Tagir Sitdekov expects Segezha Group to reach zero or positive free cash flow by the end of 2026, according to a business plan update.

SGZH

AFK Sistema president Tagir Sitdekov told Interfax that Segezha Group is targeting a transition from negative free cash flow (FCF) to neutral or positive levels by the end of 2026.

The statement was made during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF). Segezha's business plan reportedly outlines a path to eliminate negative FCF, though no specific financial details were disclosed.

The announcement follows a period of challenging cash flow for the Russian timber and packaging company, which is part of the AFK Sistema conglomerate.
