AUD/USD Slips to 0.6970 as RBA Governor Keeps Rate Hikes on Table

The move came after Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Michele Bullock reiterated that the central bank could raise interest rates further if needed. Despite the hawkish remarks, the currency pair failed to find support, underscoring that other market factors weighed on the Aussie.
