Zaif Completes Yen Conversion for Delisted MV, ROND and DEP Tokens

Japanese crypto exchange Zaif has finished converting delisted tokens MV, ROND, and DEP to yen and returning funds to customers.

Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Zaif announced on April 9, 2026, that it has fully completed the conversion to Japanese yen and repayment to customers who held the tokens MV, ROND, and DEP after their delisting.

The three tokens were removed from trading on Zaif on February 4, 2026. Following the delisting, the exchange initiated a process to convert the remaining holdings into yen and return the funds to affected account holders. Zaif now confirms that all such conversions and returns have been finalized.

As part of the standard procedure, customers who still held the assets after the delisting cut-off date had their holdings automatically converted to JPY and credited to their Zaif accounts. The exchange thanked users for their cooperation during the process.

The announcement includes the usual risk disclaimers about cryptocurrency trading, noting that digital assets are not legal tender and can lose value. Zaif is registered with the Kinki Finance Bureau as a cryptocurrency exchange operator under registration number 00001 and is a member of the Japan Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association (JVCEA).

No further details about the reasons for the delisting or future plans for the tokens were provided.
