XS.com hires FP Markets alum Andreas Achniotis as Head of Affiliates

Dubai-based retail FX and CFDs broker XS.com announced on August 6, 2026 that it has appointed Andreas Achniotis as Head of Affiliates, adding another senior hire to its expanding team.

Achniotis joins from FP Markets, where he most recently served as Affiliate Manager. In his new role, he will oversee the development and execution of XS.com's affiliate strategy. That includes managing partner relationships, optimizing acquisition campaigns, and rolling out initiatives designed to boost engagement and improve commercial results. He will coordinate with the sales, marketing, product and other business units to enhance the broker's affiliate program and identify fresh growth opportunities.

The appointment follows several other recent additions at XS.com. Anna Pastusenco, previously from IC, has joined as Head of PSPs; Emily A. Aghajanyan has been named Emerging Markets Director; Maria Pesca Santos has taken on the role of LATAM Regional Director; and Omar Alaa, formerly of Exness, has been appointed Marketing Director for MENA.

Commenting on his move, Achniotis said he was excited to join XS.com at an important stage of its global growth. He noted that affiliate marketing continues to evolve and said he looked forward to working with the team to strengthen the affiliate network, build lasting partnerships, and create long-term value for affiliates and clients. Group Chief Commercial Officer Wael Hammad said affiliate partnerships remain an important part of XS.com's global growth strategy, adding that Achniotis brings extensive industry experience, commercial insight, and a strong understanding of partnership development. Hammad said the hire would help the broker continue expanding its affiliate ecosystem and strengthen its global presence.
