The incoming CFO brings more than 25 years of experience in the Brazilian banking sector. Alejo started his career at Citibank Brasil in 1996 and later moved to Santander Brasil in 2000. Over 26 years at Santander, he held management positions in wholesale and retail banking, including managing director of corporate and investment banking and head of wholesale credit recovery. On the consumer side, he served as director of credit collections and recovery and consumer lending, and also filled the role of retail CFO.
