Trading 212 Group Revenue Rises 70% to £345.8m in 2025 as Pre-Tax Profit Doubles

Trading 212 Group Limited reported 2025 revenue of £345.8m, up 70% year on year, with pre-tax profit more than doubling to £127.7m as growth shifted toward stockbroking and cash savings.

Trading 212 Group Limited, the UK retail broker, grew revenue 70% to £345.8m in 2025 while pre-tax profit more than doubled to £127.7m, according to accounts for the year to 31 December 2025 filed at Companies House on 2 October 2026. Revenue compares with a restated £204.0m for 2024, corrected from the £194.1m originally reported, and the profit figure is up from £59.6m — a rise of roughly 2.1 times. Pre-tax profit equalled about 36.9% of revenue.

Net assets stood at £281.6m, up from £205.2m a year earlier. The company also reported strong operational growth: funded accounts rose 64%, average monthly active users were 86% higher and client money and assets increased 137%. Directors attributed the expansion to stockbroking and cash savings rather than contracts for difference (CFDs), the leveraged products that track price moves without requiring ownership of the underlying asset.

Dividends and product expansion

Trading 212 returned significantly more cash to its owners during the period. It paid dividends of £20.0m in 2025, against £3.0m in 2024, followed by a further £34.3m distribution on 27 August 2026 — a combined £54.3m.

The broker widened its product range and reorganised its risk operations. The Financial Conduct Authority granted permission for a self-invested personal pension (SIPP) on 26 February 2026, and the product launched in May 2026. In parallel, CFD hedging and the Systematic Internaliser function — under which a firm executes client orders against its own book — were moved to Trading 212 Markets (Ireland) Limited, which was licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland on 1 December 2025. That transfer completed in May 2026.

The accounts state that the reorganisation was intended to deliver greater execution efficiency and more robust market risk mitigation. For operators competing for UK retail clients, the figures position Trading 212 as a broker expanding on share dealing and cash savings, with sufficient profit to fund both dividends and new products.
