SBI Securities Launches New Asset Management App 'SBI Securities Plus'

SBI Securities announced it will release a new asset management and investment support app, SBI Securities Plus, on February 21, 2026, starting with iOS. The app aims to help beginners and experienced investors visualize portfolios and access market insights.

SBI Securities, a major Japanese online brokerage headquartered in Tokyo, announced on Monday that it will launch a new smartphone application called "SBI Securities Plus" for its clients on February 21, 2026. The app will be available for iOS starting that evening, with an Android version to follow.

The application is designed as an asset management and investment support tool with the concept of "see, notice, think." It provides features such as the "My Assets" screen, which allows users to view their total holdings, asset breakdown, historical trends, and dividend information at a glance. The app also integrates market news summaries generated by artificial intelligence to aid daily investment decisions.

According to the company, the app targets both novice and experienced investors, offering a seamless experience for checking portfolio status and gathering information. SBI Securities emphasized that the launch is not the end goal; the firm plans to continuously improve and add features based on user feedback and usage data, focusing on supporting clients' long-term asset formation.

SBI Securities Plus is a free application available to existing SBI Securities account holders. The company developed the app in response to customer requests for a simpler way to view their overall assets and feel more connected to investing, complementing its existing lineup of product-specific trading apps.
