OKX X-Perps Simple Mode Brings 10x Leverage to Europe

OKX rolled out X-Perps Simple Mode on mobile in Europe, offering leveraged long/short trading up to 10x alongside a Futures Grid Bot and PnL Analysis Center under MiCA and MiFID II.
OKX has introduced a simplified derivatives trading interface called X-Perps Simple Mode across Europe, rolling out on iOS and Android as part of its push to widen access to leveraged crypto trading under its European regulatory licenses.
The new mode lets users open and manage long or short positions on X-Perps with leverage up to 10x, set take-profit and stop-loss levels, and adjust open positions or risk controls without exiting the trade. According to OKX, entry and exit prices are locked at execution, preventing slippage. Erald Ghoos, CEO of OKX Europe, said many European users already want to go long or short and need flexible tools that avoid complexity; Simple Mode offers essentials in a familiar interface.
The launch also includes two additional features. Futures Grid Bot automates buy-and-sell orders within set price ranges in long, short or neutral configurations, letting traders automate strategies directly on the exchange rather than relying on external algorithmic software. The PnL Analysis Center delivers consolidated performance reporting across trades, helping users assess how individual positions and automated strategies contribute to overall results.
X-Perps covers more than 80 markets across crypto, equities, commodities and ETFs, with positions settled in USD, USDC or USDG. Users who need more advanced workflows can switch into OKX's full Exchange mode inside the same app. The timing is notable as corporate earnings season typically raises equity market volatility, and macro events continue to drive price swings across commodities, currencies and digital assets.
OKX said the tools support its goal of building one of Europe's most comprehensive regulated derivatives platforms, operating under MiCA and MiFID II. The move also reflects how exchange competition is shifting from leverage and fee battles toward user experience, automation and integrated analytics as the European market matures.
