Octa Global Brokerage Brand Is Changing Owner
Saint Lucia-registered Versustrategy Inc. has acquired the Octa brokerage brand, including its trademark and website, and says client service will remain unchanged.
Octa, a global online brokerage brand, has a new owner. Versustrategy Inc., a company registered in Saint Lucia, has completed the acquisition of Octa, taking over the brand and its associated rights, according to the announcement.
The buyer said it will operate as a standalone industry player, with no affiliations to other legal entities. Versustrategy plans to make its own managerial decisions and adjust its business strategy as part of the transition. The acquisition gives the company a share in the growing online brokerage market.
As part of the deal, Versustrategy obtained all rights to the Octa brand and its attributes, including the trademark and website. The new owner stated that it is not affiliated with the previous owners of the Octa brand and will not act as their legal successor. At the same time, Versustrategy said it will fulfil all obligations to clients and retain the brand identity unchanged.
The company positioned the transaction as a strategic step to build a solid foundation for long-term growth and development. It promised that the transition for clients would be seamless and that operational continuity would be maintained. The new owner also said it plans to adhere to the same service quality standards as before, with no disruption to the client experience.
