NAGA Group AG Confirms FY 2025 Revenues and Reports Stronger-Than-Expected EBITDA

NAGA Group AG reported audited FY 2025 EBITDA of €3.7 million, exceeding its preliminary estimate by 12%, with FX-adjusted revenue rising 3.5% to €65.4 million.

The NAGA Group AG (XETRA: N4G) has published its audited consolidated financial statements for the 2025 financial year, confirming that EBITDA reached €3.7 million — 12% above the preliminary figure of €3.3 million announced in February 2026. Revenue came in at €62.4 million (FY 2024: €63.2 million), while FX-adjusted revenue grew 3.5% to €65.4 million.

The fintech group behind the NAGA SuperApp “Naga One” said the results mark the completion of a multiyear transformation following the merger with the former CAPEX Group. During FY 2025, the company integrated platforms, processes and teams, streamlined its operating model, and reduced its cost base while continuing to invest in growth initiatives.

Marketing spending rose 15.6% year-on-year, which helped drive a 37.5% increase in new funded accounts while reducing customer acquisition costs by 16.5%. The full integration of CAPEX also contributed to a structurally lower expense base, laying the groundwork for higher profitability.

The improvement is already visible in early 2026. In the first quarter, NAGA recorded its first-ever profitable Q1, generating a net profit of €0.5 million compared with a loss of €1.7 million in Q1 2025. EBITDA rose to €2.3 million (Q1 2025: €1.0 million) and the EBITDA margin improved to 15.8% from 6.1% a year earlier.

NAGA continues to deploy AI-driven technologies across marketing, customer support and internal processes to enhance scalability. The company also recently secured authorization under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) for its European crypto-asset activities.

Octavian Patrascu, CEO of The NAGA Group, said the audited results confirm the successful completion of the transformation phase and that the strong start to 2026 demonstrates tangible financial results from the efficiency measures. He added that the MiCA authorization and expanding AI capabilities support the next phase of growth for the SuperApp ecosystem, which combines investing, social trading, payments and crypto services.
