Interactive Brokers Expands Prediction Markets, Unifying Access to Kalshi, CME Group, and ForecastEx
Interactive Brokers has launched a unified interface for trading prediction markets across Kalshi, CME Group, and ForecastEx, allowing clients to access combined liquidity and best-price execution from a single platform, alongside other asset classes.
Interactive Brokers (Nasdaq: IBKR) on May 14, 2026, introduced a new, first-of-its-kind unified interface for trading prediction markets, aggregating contracts from Kalshi, CME Group, and ForecastEx. The platform enables clients to access and trade across all three prediction market venues from a single account, alongside stocks, options, forex, futures, crypto, and bonds.
The system aggregates similar contracts into one searchable interface and automatically routes orders to the venue offering the best net price, inclusive of fees. Users can view real-time liquidity and compare prices across exchanges without needing to open or fund separate accounts at each venue.
Initially, the platform will focus on contracts tied to election outcomes, climate events, and economic indicators. "Prediction markets are reshaping how investors think about risk and uncertainty," said Milan Galik, Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Brokers. "We decided to offer flexible access to this rapidly growing market across multiple venues from a single platform, which aligns with the convenience our clients are used to when trading US stocks or options."
Kalshi co-founder and CEO Tarek Mansour welcomed the integration, calling IBKR "the gold standard in the global financial broker industry" and noting that the move reflects the increasing institutional adoption of prediction markets. CME Group Chairman and CEO Terry Duffy added, "Retail demand for prediction market trading continues to grow, and expanding access is central to how CME Group continues to develop these markets for all participants."
