iFOREX Cuts H1 2026 EBITDA Estimate, Maintains Full-Year Guidance

iFOREX now expects H1 2026 Adjusted EBITDA of about $1.4 million, down from $2.4 million, but leaves its full-year 2026 guidance of $0.5 million to $2.5 million unchanged.
iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd., which trades as iFOREX, has lowered its interim Adjusted EBITDA expectation to approximately $1.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The revised figure, announced ahead of the company's interim results release scheduled for 24 September 2026, compares with the roughly $2.4 million estimate provided in its 27 July 2026 trading update.
iFOREX said the change emerged from its interim results review process. That review identified a higher liability for amounts owed to clients as of 30 June 2026 than had previously been recorded, along with an associated non-cash expense. The company added that the accounting impact has largely reversed since the end of the reporting period.
Revenue and net cash figures for 30 June 2026 remain unchanged from those disclosed in the earlier trading update.
Full-year outlook maintained
Despite the lower first-half EBITDA estimate, iFOREX confirmed that its guidance for full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA is unchanged at a range of $0.5 million to $2.5 million. The company expects the H1 adjustment to have an immaterial effect on full-year performance, given the subsequent reversal.
The board also addressed trading conditions, describing them as challenging. It said it was encouraged by the group's performance since its 19 August 2026 update, with August results coming in slightly better than expected.
