FundingPips Launches PRIME Career-Path Funding Program

FundingPips introduces PRIME, a career-oriented prop trading program with up to $2M in capital, daily 70% rewards, and a scaling path to fund manager status.

FundingPips has introduced PRIME, a new account program designed to move proprietary traders from short-term challenge payouts toward a longer-term trading career with the firm. The program offers access to up to $2 million in PRIME capital, daily reward withdrawals with a 70/30 profit split, leverage up to 1:2000, and a dynamic simulated maximum allocation that starts at $400,000 and can grow to $600,000.

Under PRIME, traders can request rewards multiple times a day under the company's Zero Reward Denial Policy. Profit withdrawals do not reset the trader's cumulative profit counter, meaning every dollar earned continues to count toward the next scaling threshold. Each time cumulative profit reaches 10%, the PRIME account scales up by 30%, with the cycle repeating across 13 levels.

How to reach PRIME

PRIME is integrated into FundingPips' existing challenge models: Zero, 1 Step, 2 Step, and 2 Step Pro. A trader earns three cash rewards on a Master Account, and the fourth reward is converted into PRIME starting capital using a model-based multiplier. On a $100,000 Master Account at 10% profit, the fourth reward becomes $10,000 on 2 Step Standard (10x), $16,670 on 2 Step Pro or 1 Step (16.67x), and $20,000 on Zero (20x).

Once in PRIME, the scaling cycle continues across all accounts. A $100,000 PRIME account can compound under the 30% scale-up rule toward the $2 million portfolio ceiling. At the same time, each PRIME unlock raises the trader's combined allocation ceiling by 50% of the PRIME size, allowing them to keep trading challenges and Master Accounts alongside PRIME.

Traders who reach Level 10 become Certified FundingPips Traders. That milestone grows a PRIME account from $100,000 to $1,060,450 in managed capital and $298,337 in cumulative earnings at the 70% split to that point, according to the firm. It also opens access to a seat on the FundingPips trading floor with salary, performance incentives and benefits, plus a verified public track record. The trader's strategy is then listed on partner broker Tradin, where investors can copy trades and the trader earns a 20% profit share on allocated investor funds.

The risk framework includes a 2% daily soft loss limit that pauses trading for the day rather than breaching the account, and a Smart Max Drawdown that starts below starting balance and trails upward as profits accumulate. FundingPips says PRIME is supported by a community of over 3 million traders across 195+ countries and more than $250 million in paid rewards.
