eToro Deepens Its Connection With Retail Investors Through New Shareholder Engagement Initiative

eToro has partnered with Stockperks to offer eligible retail shareholders exclusive educational content, events, and direct access to company leaders, deepening its community ties.
Social investing platform eToro Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ETOR) announced on February 2, 2026, a new shareholder engagement initiative in partnership with Stockperks, a shareholder loyalty marketplace. The program is designed to strengthen eToro’s connection with its retail investor community by offering exclusive benefits and insights.
Eligible eToro shareholders will be invited to access educational materials, attend events, and hear directly from company leaders and market experts. The initiative builds on existing community programs such as the eToro Club and reflects eToro’s long-standing commitment to making investing more inclusive and collaborative.
“From the beginning, eToro has been about empowering people through access, education, and community,” said Yoni Assia, CEO and Co-founder of eToro. “Retail investors helped build eToro and will continue to shape our journey.”
Agnies Watson, CEO and Co-Founder of Stockperks, added, “eToro has been at the forefront of democratizing investing. We are thrilled to welcome them to the Stockperks community. By leveraging our platform, eToro will be able to deepen its engagement with their retail investors year-round.”
Founded in 2007, eToro now serves 40 million registered users across 75 countries. The company went public on the Nasdaq in 2025. Stockperks operates as a loyalty marketplace where public companies can offer perks to their retail shareholders, aiming to turn them into a loyal investor base.
The shareholder benefits program is provided by eToro Group Ltd. as an engagement initiative and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy eToro shares. Participation is optional and based on objective share ownership criteria.
