EAERA Super App and Partner Portal: A New Brokerage Experience
EAERA has launched a modular core brokerage system built around a client-facing Super App and a Partner Portal for IBs and affiliates, replacing fragmented multi-portal setups with shared authentication and a unified interface.
EAERA, a fintech vendor that develops financial core systems and big data analytics platforms for the financial industry, has introduced a new core brokerage system (CBS) organised around two distinct interfaces: the EAERA Super App for traders and the EAERA Partner Portal for introducing brokers, affiliates and Master Partners. The company says the design replaces the traditional structure in which users switch between separate portals for wallets, trading accounts, prop trading, investment services and partner management.
One modular environment
Rather than deploying a separate application per product, brokers can activate only the modules relevant to their business model — covering wallets, web trading, PAMM, prop trading, referral programmes, prediction market and partner services — inside a single connected environment. Shared authentication, profiles, security settings, navigation patterns and interface standards are reused across the ecosystem, which EAERA says reduces development, maintenance, support and branding demands while keeping the experience consistent.
The Super App acts as the main access point for clients, who can manage profiles, complete verification, control wallets, open trading accounts, review financial activity, obtain certificates, contact support, download trading platforms and handle referrals. Its Client Hub Dashboard shows a "Need Your Attention" section for pending KYC, documents or unanswered support tickets, and hides the panel when nothing is outstanding. Summary cards display Total Assets, Total Wallet and Total Trading Equity, alongside equity and allocation charts. Product tabs appear only when the corresponding module is live. Sign-in options include credentials, Google authentication, new-device verification, email one-time passwords and WebAuthn-compatible passwordless login.
Deposits and withdrawals are split into multi-step flows covering payment group, method, amount, fees and confirmation, with withdrawals supporting saved methods, new destination details, cross-currency rates and peer-to-peer transfers. Account records show ID, platform, account type, currency, balance, leverage, creation date and status, and demo users can pick a virtual starting balance. Analytics cover profit and loss, deposits, withdrawals, net deposits, P&L calendars and trade-volume charts. Mobile users get biometric authentication, push notifications and gesture navigation.
The Partner Portal is gated behind an application and approval process handled through the Client Hub. Its dashboard tracks Total Earnings This Month, Pending Commission, Paid Out This Month and Available Balance, and separates generated from distributed commission, scheduled payments, settled wallet credits and completed payouts, backed by trading-volume and CPA ledgers. Partners can monitor referred clients, verification status and qualification progress, while Master Partners with the right permissions can view network structures and downstream performance, invite partners and set governed commission splits. Campaigns, coupons, promotional materials, settlement wallets and payout history sit in the same workspace, with coupon benefits kept separate from partner commission calculations.
