Dukascopy Launches Its New Flagship Banking App

Dukascopy Bank has officially launched a new flagship mobile application, consolidating its full suite of services into a single platform. The move is part of the Swiss bank's ongoing digital transformation and comes after a strategic decision by management to revamp its mobile ecosystem.

The app, now available for iOS and Android, replaces the older Connect 911 and Swiss Mobile Bank applications. It serves Dukascopy's global client base of more than 400,000 users, offering account opening via secure video identification, management of virtual or plastic Visa, Mastercard, and Chinese payment cards, international payments, currency exchange at competitive rates, and 24/7 access to trading and investments.

"Today exceptional mobile experiences are no longer optional—they are essential. Our new flagship app reflects our vision of making Swiss banking more accessible, more intuitive, and more powerful than ever before."

The bank also highlighted multilingual human customer support available around the clock through encrypted chat within the app. Earlier this year, Dukascopy launched the Swiss Forex App, which provides free real-time market data, technical analysis, and news for traders globally.

Future Updates

The current launch is the first phase of a broader mobile evolution. Dukascopy plans to roll out regular feature updates and new digital services in the coming months. The development team is already working on the final stage of the mobile transformation: a dedicated next-generation trading application designed specifically for JForex accounts.

Existing clients can log in with their current credentials, while new clients can open an account directly from the app. The Dukascopy Bank App is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
