Doo Group Rebranding UK and South Africa Operations to RKX

Doo Group is rebranding its FCA-regulated UK entity and FSCA-licensed South Africa business under the new RKX brand, following a previous rebranding of its offshore unit to D Prime.

Doo Group, a holding company for retail FX and CFDs brokerages, is rebranding its UK and South Africa operations under the new RKX brand, according to an exclusive report. The move follows a similar initiative last year when the company rebranded its offshore Doo Prime unit as D Prime.

The UK entity, formerly Doo Clearing Limited and regulated by the FCA, has been renamed RKX Financial UK Limited. The corresponding website rkxfinancial.co.uk is already live, though the old dooclearing.co.uk site remains active. In South Africa, the FSCA-licensed business now operates under rkx.com.

Recent Troubles

The rebranding comes after a turbulent 2025 for Doo Group. In March, Malaysian police raided the company’s call center in connection with a broader crackdown on financial scams. Following the raid, Doo Group laid off its Cyprus-based marketing department and effectively closed its Cyprus office. Several senior executives from the D Prime unit also departed for other brokerages.

Background

Doo Group is controlled by Chinese national Junjie Chen. The group’s subsidiaries include RKX Financial UK Limited (FCA-regulated), Doo Financial Cyprus Limited (CySEC-licensed), RKX Financial SA in South Africa, and D Prime (regulated in Mauritius and Vanuatu), which targets mainly Chinese and APAC traders. The company is expected to make a formal announcement about the rebrandings in the coming days.
