Bitrue Completes Rebranding of Story (IP) to Data Network (DATA)

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitrue has completed the rebranding of Story (IP) to Data Network (DATA), and the new token is now live on the platform.

In an announcement to users, Bitrue said deposits and withdrawals for the updated DATA token are open. Spot trading is also available through the DATA/USDT pair, allowing users to trade the rebranded asset directly against Tether's USDT stablecoin.

The exchange referred customers to its earlier notice covering the token migration from Story (IP) to Data Network (DATA). The change means the asset is now identified under the DATA ticker on Bitrue, replacing the previous IP designation used for Story.

Bitrue did not provide additional details on the migration mechanics in the notice, but the reopening of deposit and withdrawal services indicates the transition has been processed on the exchange. Users who held the previous token through Bitrue are directed to the earlier migration announcement for further information.

The announcement also carried Bitrue's standard risk disclaimer, reminding users that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience rapid price fluctuations. It noted that investors may lose some or all of their capital, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Bitrue also stated it reserves the right to amend or cancel the announcement at any time without prior notice.

Trading in the DATA/USDT market is now the primary way for Bitrue users to access the rebranded token on the exchange.
