Announcing the USD.AI Token Sale on CoinList

CoinList is hosting a whitelist-only token sale for USD.AI's CHIP token starting February 22, 2026. The GPU-backed stablecoin protocol has backing from Dragonfly, Coinbase, Framework, and YZi Labs.

CoinList has announced an exclusive token sale for USD.AI, a stablecoin protocol designed for GPU-backed lending. The sale, running from February 22 to February 27, 2026, is open only to whitelisted participants who earned points in USD.AI's Allo Game.

Sale Structure and Terms

Eligible users receive a guaranteed allocation based on their Allo Game points and may commit additional funds above that amount. If the sale does not sell out, excess allocations will be distributed pro rata among participants. The token, CHIP, is priced at $0.03 with a fully diluted valuation of $300 million. The total supply is 10 billion CHIP, with 700 million allocated for this sale. The minimum purchase is $100, and payments are accepted in USDC or USDT on ERC-20.

Vesting and Distribution

Tokens will unlock 100% at the Token Generation Event, expected in March 2026. However, U.S. accredited participants will face a one-year lock-up from TGE. Tokens will be distributed directly to the whitelisted wallet addresses used during participation.

About USD.AI

USD.AI is a protocol that issues two primary assets: $USDAI, a stablecoin fully backed by PYUSD, and $sUSDAI, a yield-bearing token that accrues returns from protocol lending activity. The project aims to bridge DeFi liquidity with real-world AI infrastructure, offering non-recourse financing against deployed GPUs without forcing operators to sell hardware or dilute equity. Investors include Dragonfly, Coinbase, Framework, and YZi Labs.
