Russia Data Center Capacity to Rise 2.4x by 2030, Novak Says

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the country's data center (DC) installed capacity is expected to expand 2.4 times by 2030, reaching 4.3 GW from the current 1.8 GW.

Novak also suggested that data center owners could be asked to help finance the construction of new power generation and grid infrastructure, reflecting the growing energy demands of the sector.
